  • My 10 Days Vipassana Meditation Experience
Vipassana! A place where you stay silent for 10 days, where you are not allowed to use your smartphone, and where you meditate a lot.
I was going through various things in my life and then I realized that I need a break and registered for Vipassana.
Vipassana is India's most ancient meditation technique, rediscovered by Gotama the Buddha more than 2600 years ago. The meaning of Vipassana is to see things differently. It is self-purification by self-observation. It is an art of living that one can use to make a positive contribution to society.
With the help of meditation, you can know yourself and Vipassana is a journey of knowing yourself.
In life, we face many problems and sometimes we get confused because we don't know the way to act. At that time we don't know what is right for us or what is wrong for us.
The solution for this is to calm yourself, as soon as your mind becomes clear, your mind will get you the solution you need.

In this episode, I’ve talked about a life that a child leads. A life that is worth living.
We call ourselves mature enough but we are not. We are surrounded by many conflicts and confusions.

  • What to Do When You Feel Stuck/Empty Inside
In this episode, I’ve talked about some scenarios where people feel stuck, they don’t know what to do when they feel empty inside, they don't know what to do when they feel they are alone and living is not worth it.
I’ve personally known many people who are like that and seek out help and I think there are lots of people who are facing the same problem.
I’ve tried to put out some key points so that people could work on any point and change something that may be helpful for them.
Talking about my journey. I was facing this situation and finding the missing spot. I think it takes time to find out that kind of questions’ answers. And it’s great to see more people inclining towards the deeper meaning of “I”.
People want to be free. People want to live their life and that should not feel like a burden. But when our perspective is not in a right place, things become bad for us. As you all know that decisions affect the future. And it’s your perspective that gives birth to the decision.

I’ve created this podcast so that you could understand the connection of everything. I’ve shown how your body and mind, affect your day-to-day life. So do listen full Podcast.

  • Mindset of Starting Something | How to Start from Scratch
In today’s episode, I’m gonna talk about How I started multiple things.
Time to time, We start something new and overcome many fears.
There is a mindset before starting something. In this episode, I’ve given some points that I think could be helpful for many of us.
There are many reason for not starting something, Sometimes we got stuck and there is no motivation for us to even start.
We over-judge ourselves and think that, We are not that intelligent or we are not good enough.
We sometimes choose different path that is not good just for the lack of success, So that we can prove something to someone or the world.
The more we understand ourselves the more clarity we get. The start itself gets easier. And we keep on going ahead without even losing the momentum.

At an early age you asked many questions and sometimes no one helps you to give solutions. So you take all the responsibilities to find out every answer that you desire. For this, I’ve read a lot and understood that from a peaceful mind you get all the answers. For this, you need to understand that life itself is a game and the more you learn the more you play it better.
