We need to encourage people who have the desire to start their own bank, trust companies, credit union to also exercise the option to create their own currency with that business and still exchange with other currency locally and globally. We need to develop homes that are really affordable with or without section 8. Think about what you paid for rent when you got your first place to live comfortable on your own. Use that concept and do the same for someone starting out the gate as well. Don't be a landlord or real estate investor and charge high rent have some buildings with apartments or townhomes at the amount your first rent was so other's can have a comfortable place to live. Creating wealth is creating new methods and options of currency locally and being able to exchange those currencies in our community and businesses. It will increase job wages and help with taxes.
