The Mayfair was used apart of the COVID-19 and had over $20 million dollars in renovations. The Homeless were no longer housed their after the pandemic. There is a huge profitable ROI on the Homeless community. The Homeless is used as prospects to lease to but many do not get in New homes based on criteria they put in place which mean after waiting a couple years they won't be a good prospect to house. So, the Homeless that will be willing to take Real Estate classes and become a Real Estate agent and broker and Real Estate developer should.
