Taking place in the near future (2019), a secret military project endangers Neon-Tokyo when it turns a biker gang member into a rampaging psychic psychopath. Think "Chronicle" and "2001: A Space Odyssey" having a love child and what comes out is Akira. Akira asks some deep, heavy philosophical questions while also bringing you on a fun adventure.
