In this day and age, we are bombarded with more distractions than ever before. Addressing the causes of distraction and our responses to them, this book is definitely a productivity book for today.

Market Research my friends… in today’s episode, we discuss a better, high-level perspective toward market research.

* Build a direct connection with your market

* Understand the “why” – not just what your market wants, but why.

* Understand the context of a buying decision and when/how they use your product/service (not what you think they do but observe what they actually do…)

* Do regular customer interviews but read between the lines! People don’t really know what they want, just look to understand their frustrations, needs, the context, etc.

* Ask yourself and your customer “how is life better with my product/service?”
