Ephesians 5:18-21– “And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit, Speaking to one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord, Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.”

Tim Christoson said, “The fulness of the Spirit is the door through which we enter the happy and healthy Christian home.”

The 19 verses that follow this command are the most complete instructions on family relationships found in the Bible. We are powerless to follow these instructions and to accomplish the unity He desires without the Spirit’s enabling.
