Perfectionism is a tool you’re using to keep you from reaching your full potential.
There is no perfect. People who struggle with perfectionism should learn to be aggressively imperfect. Its okay to feel vulnerable. Were all human, after all.
Types of perfectionists
To fix a problem, you first have to admit you have a problem. this means discovering what type of perfectionist you are.
• The Striver: You have no problem starting a task, but you set unreachable standards, so you're constantly battling against failure.
• The Idealist: You spend all your time envisioning the perfect future. You know youll never reach the vision in your mind, so you dont make a move to begin.
