AL & ASH WACK SHOW

Cook the ground beef (or meat substitute)-

On a frying pan, oil, and add garlic or pepper (whaterv thing you like in ur slopppy joes)till they soften-

Add 1 cup of water(or beef broth), and stir, mix in ketchup (1 cup), Worcestershire sauce (2 dash), brown sugar (as much as you feel u like sweetened joe's), dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper, paprika, etc. Add more water or both in substitute for water, let it boil, and then reduce to simmer, about 35 minutes on low (wait till it gets thicker)

Alter the measurements as you like, I like mine loose. A lot of recipes have onions too, so you can add that garbage too if you like. Have a sloppy joe! And thank for supporting the show!!
