Claire Baker a young woman who suffered from “Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia (chronic pain)”. The doctors told her there wasn't really any more they could do to help her. It was then that she decided to help herself.

While in excruciating pain, she used voice recognition software to surf the internet for methods on finding a cure to this debilitating illness. She discovered various tools and techniques that she could apply on a regular basis to help improve her health and her quality of life.

She now works with people suffering with chronic pain and/or fatigue to get to the root cause of their conditions but above all, she works with them to help them understand what pain really & truly is and that any cure first needs to start with the belief that “you can cure yourself of anything.”

Hosts Alan Cox and Jillian Haslam discuss today's society. The world is changing at an exponential rate. While the first world discusses drone dropping, driver less cars and robots in our kitchens, there is a world of youngsters who are retreating to virtual worlds of their own. The first world is moving so quickly that many may never be able to keep up. More than half the world are completely ignorant to the changes and the transition that is being talked about by first world countries i.e. our move to Mars? We have got to remember to educate the less fortunate or the less educated among us, to help them understand these changes and to prepare for the same but on the other hand, we have also got to help the educated world to realise what is happening with the younger generation in order to prepare them for what seems to be a very frightening time indeed (if young people keep retreating from the real world, who will there be in order to continue research, development and hopefully the transition to a new world)?
