Gratitude is a powerful weapon against worry. We can interrupt worry with gratitude for God's goodness and provision.

Studies show that when you have gratitude, the weight of worry gets lifted off your shoulders.

Everything God asked Moses to do challenged him to step out and face his fears.

Don’t shut God out because you are convinced He can’t use you.

As we pray and work and do all we can to defeat the coronavirus, let’s remember: we still aren’t in charge—God is.

You don’t have to worry. Take that in. You don’t have to worry—it isn’t inevitable.
