This is the keynote address given by Alastair Campbell at the Online Annual Conference on 23 October 2020. In this, Alastair makes a powerful case for removing the stigma surrounding depression and mental health issues and recognising that people who are dealing with such issues can make extremely valuable contributions and should be positively embraced in the workplace.
