Riley and Solly weren't sure what they were letting themselves in for when they invited Andy on the pod, but they emerged unscathed (just about). Our semi-pro goalie and now full-time centre half has a few tales to tell. Enjoy.
*this was recorded before our final group game in the Whitehead Cup.
We're back and we've got three - yes THREE - games of football to talk about. The Albion are sitting pretty at the top of our Whitehead Cup group stage table and we're very happy about it.
His football career doesn't quite live up to some of those guests who have gone before him, but Lee's life tales more than make up for it. Our number five and rock solid at the back, he knits the Albion's defence together when he's not battling with the Dark Destroyer on the Chase. Enjoy delving into the life and times of Lee John Kenny.
This was everything we'd hoped it would be and more. Chairman Kevin has a few tasty stories, and he treated us to some of his best.
For episode three we went big and welcomed the best goalscorer in the L&C: our very own Danny Hudson. From bullying Alex Bruce, to bullying pretty much every defence in Division B. We're lucky to have him, and loved chatting to him. Howay the Huddo.
So outraged that he wasn't invited on the first episode, we had no choice but to welcome Captain Matt 'Mads' McDonagh to the Albion Ramble for episode number two. Our inspirational leader on the pitch, Mads let us know about his backstory as a number 10 (not sure we believe it) and how he came to be one of the L&C's finest (not sure we believe that either) centre halves.
