The time has come for a conversation about soundtracks! Veronica, Sam, and Lance pick from a long list of their favorite soundtracks to share a few with the group and you!

Today we dive into an album of Veronica's choosing! If you were alive and listening to music in the early 90s, you definitely had heard Gin Blossoms on the radio or saw their music videos on MTV. However, you may have missed the full album that held many of their hits. That album was New Miserable Experience. Not only was it worth a deep dive but, although everyone in the studio knew it fairly well, it's undeniable that they learned a lot about how it was made, the lyrics, and what the band went through to make these songs and this album the multi-platinum success it became.

Some time ago, the powers that be, in the universe, commissioned us to settle a debate once and for all... Who is the better band, The Bangles or The Go-Go's? Who are we to say no to this challenge? Needless to say, we accepted this responsibility. So join two dudes, who love both bands, and their female counterpart, who may or may not have thought that they were both the same band until just recently, in their quest to answer this once and for all!

In 1986, Peter Gabriel officially hit the "Big Time" with the release of his album, So. It vaulted him into legendary status  on MTV during it's heyday, and onto the big screen in one of the most iconic scenes in '80s movie history. Lance, Sam, and Veronica know you can‘t wait to hear about this album. They can see it "In Your Eyes". 

This week Lance brings us another one of his favorites to listen to and discuss. We are once again setting you up for some nostalgia for the 90s. With a mix of synth and alternative rock from the minds of 3 producers and the lyrics and vocals of a scotswoman named Shirley Manson, we were given one of 1998's most critically acclaimed albums... Garbage Version 2.0

With the release of the new Batman movie, Sam had the idea to get together and chat about past movies and their soundtracks. So that's exactly what happened!

Sometimes you want to talk about an album but you're just not sure everyone is ready for a deep dive... That's when we have our honorable mentions episode!
