1. Key to Living Authentically Aigned is allowing ourselves to feel all the feels.
2. All emotions are valid and need to be felt. Numbing out just delays our healing.
3. Identify: what causes discomfort? Where does it show up in your body?
4. Investigate with loving awareness, what triggers you to feel this way? What annoys you about others? This is your shadow work.
5. Sit with the discomfort. This too shall pass. Allow the discomfort energy to move through you. Run, dance, sing, cry, move, journal. Do what you have to do.
6. What are your values of living authentically aligned? Is it integrity, wisdom, love, truth, peace, compassion? Any time you notice yourself feel discomfort creep up, place your hand on your heart & remind yourself of your true essence.
