Grief is such a hard thing, but is a part of the human experience we can not get away from. We will all experience it at one point in our lives. 

This week I talk about my recent grief and let me warn you, this episode is raw and real. You will hear me crying and if that may be a trigger for you, then I suggest skipping this episode and listening at a later date.
