This is the official podcast of Chalk Performance Training hosted by Ryan Fischer. Through this medium, we wanted to bring you a better insight into our operations and also find an outlet to discuss our thoughts and views on the fitness world and beyond.
This week was fun because for the first time it felt like Ryan and I were on two opposites end of the spectrum when discussing alcohol. While it's obviously not good for you, I was able to fend off some of his points. We go into what it does to your body and fitness goals while also offering some advice on how to balance drinking and fitness.
