Growing up as a huge Toronto Raptors fan, Aleem knew early on that playing in the NBA wasn’t in the cards. His love for hoop meant that if he can't play in the league he was going to be in the league one way or another; with the dream of being a front office executive. From humble beginnings as the mascot for the Atlanta Dream, Aleem took full advantage of any opportunity to get his foot in the door of basketball. Working in sports is a privilege, it isn’t for everybody, but working for your hometown team is just special.
