Alevism Alevis believe that their god Hak created everything and that he is part of all things and
all living beings, and therefore also part of human beings. Like every religion in their faith, the
Alevis therefore have a god that they call God Hak. A principle in Alevism is called: ≪Do not
seek God in foreign places! God is within you if you are pure of heart.
