The boys are back, again! And this time they are joined by Olympian Alex Bell!

What a breath of fresh air Alex is, and what a story. From not considering running as a career, through to blowing trials and finally getting to that Olympic finals start line and now into her evolution into a road runner with her sights firmly set on the marathon distance. It's a ride, that's for sure!

The boys also break down last weekends' Cardiff Half, and consider whether Cardiff is a big enough City to host a Super-Half race!
