Otomola was diagnosed with young onset Parkinson's disease but rather than give up she founded Parkinson’s Africa, co-founded PD Avengers and is an ambassador for the World Parkinson's Congress 2022.  

She talks about motherhood, how Parkinson’s is different for Africans and the stigma of the disease in African culture and more. Who says Parkinson's disease is for the old?

This weeks guest is Matt Eagles.  Matt was diagnosed in 1975 with Parkinson's disease at the age of seven years old!!

Now a positivity activist and talking to me whilst battling dyskinesia (involuntary movement), Matt speaks about growing up with Parkinson's, how to live with the symptoms, the loss of his daughter and the issues the followed that tragic event, Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) and much more.

This episode, I get to speak with a living legend. My guest is 11 times world adventure racing champion, author, filmmaker and President of World Obstacle (FISO), Ian Adamson.  

Ian talks candidly about a childhood filled with adventure, walking across China, becoming a professional athlete and his life as one of the top adventure racers in the world. He also speaks about the development of World Obstacle (FISO) and bringing athletes with disabilities into obstacle sports, to how Parkinson’s has touched his life and so much more.
