Today we are joined by Alexa of mama.matters.too – a Texas mama with her Masters in nutrition, a certified doula, and pediatric sleep consultant.

Sleep is a hot topic in the new mom, motherhood, parenthood, pediatric world… isn’t it? Because managing sleep and understanding newborn to infant to toddler to childhood sleep is a complicated topic. Many of the modern sleep training approaches lead with some kind of “one size fits all” approach – but that is not how Alexa leads her business. Her passions were built from her own sleep struggles with her son, and she aims to support moms through sleep AND beyond. Her intention is to not just focus on sleep, but help mama too. Here we discuss sleep, difficulties postpartum, postpartum balance and nutrition, and more.
