Today is (maybe?) the final episode of the Health Hub series, where I talk about reducing the toxic burden in our lives. Please here me out: This can be done slowly, one product at a time, making swaps to reduce the fragrance and other chemicals in our life... but for most of us, there is no way this can be done overnight!

Having the education and experience, it’s “easy” for me to be an advocate for myself and my kids, right? Like when I want to do a specific test or know more about their chronic symptoms, I know the questions to ask, right?

Oh, and find patience. Lots of patience.
