We will feel in our body the consequences of whatever we give our attention to. Most people give their attention to all of their thoughts, and the result is that they feel divided, anxious, agitated, stressed or afraid. If we learn how to bring our attention out of thought, and back to a sense of calm and balance in our body, these disharmonious feelings will vanish. Ultimately, we need to practice bringing our attention to our heart, so we can feel the peace and joy that we are often looking for in external pursuits, even in positive thoughts. We do not need anything external to feel free and joyful. We need to cast off all that burdens our heart, and once again enjoy being like a child - expressive, excited, following our interests and our joy, unburdened by guilt and everything else society has loaded us down with. We can be free now, just by decided to cast off our worries, self-judgements and our guilt. Your heart is waiting for you....
