Alexey Dosovitskiy is a machine learning researcher. He got a Ph.D. in mathematics from Moscow State University in 2012. He has since worked at the University of Freiburg, Intel, and Google, during which time he crucially contributed to multiple topics at the intersection of deep learning and computer vision: unsupervised learning, generative models, autonomous driving, robotics, 3D understanding, large-scale image understanding models. Recently Alexey moved to an early-stage startup working on applications of ML to RNA design.
