Alexithymia: A personality trait characterized by being unable to recognize or notice feelings as well as being unable to communicate them.

      1. Learning to trust yourself, regulate emotions, and meet own needs

      3.  Alexithymia - Personality trait characterized by being unable to recognize or notice feelings and tends to be unable to communicate feelings; neurological
        1. Tends to come from insecure childhood relationships and family systems, and traumas; Can be caused by neurodivergence
        2. Usually very challenging to be in social situations or to work in therapy
