Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, today I came from the city to the village with my friends to celebrate Sunday. I had enjoyed a lot with my friends because there were lush green fields here along with beautiful sky and fragrant cool breeze which was touching our faces. I spent a lot of time here and then I saw that there was a lot of garbage lying around here, so I picked up that garbage and when we went to my friend's house, I discarded that garbage there. So this is how my Sunday was today.

Friends, hope you all are happy and healthy. Friends, this morning I woke up early as usual and went near the village border for a morning walk. I had walked there for some time and then I saw garbage there, so I picked up all the garbage from there and collected it all in plastic bags. Friends, people have thrown so much garbage here and there are fields nearby. It is possible that the productivity of this field may also end but still people have to throw this garbage. I collected garbage one after another from here and went to my house and discarded the garbage in the dustbin.

Friends, I hope all of you will be happy and healthy today. Friends, today is Saturday and the date is 17th February. Today is a happy day for working people because today they have to work only half day. Today is also my half day and I am also going to go for duty this afternoon. Hope you all will be as happy as me if you also have a job like me. Friends, this morning I woke up early as usual and freshened up by doing my personal hygiene activities.

Then as usual, I went to the National Highway for exercise and like every day, people were throwing garbage there. Being a health care promoter and a conscious environmental cleaner, I could not tolerate this and started cleaning activities right away. He brought all the cleaned garbage to his home and threw it in the dustbin. This was my cleaning activity today. Now I have to go to job, so I come home, take bath again, have breakfast and am going for duty.

If there is no cleaning and hygiene then diseases will easily establish their base in our body, hence we will have to maintain cleanliness and hygiene as much as possible. I have always been saying that environmental cleaning is most important in health promotion. If the environment itself is not clean then the organisms will grow in the environment only.

Today I woke up early in the morning and went to the National Highway to do exercise because the National Highway is very close to my house. I went there and did today's cleaning activities. Many people had discarded garbage at your place, so I picked up all that garbage from there and took it to my house and discarded it so that it reaches the municipal corporation's garbage pit.

Then as usual, after getting fresh, I went to the National Highway and enjoyed with my friends. As usual, I did cleaning on the highway today. Whatever garbage I had collected from there, I took it to my house and discarded it in the dustbin.

Friends, today's plan was different but what happened was as per nature's approval. Friends, today I had to do evening shift duty but unfortunately I had to go to morning duty. Friends, it was cold in the morning but by the evening it was decreasing and suddenly it had increased again. So today's weather was something like this.

Even when I was returning home after finishing my duty in the hospital in the evening, I was feeling cold. I came home and freshened up. Like always, I took a bath with hot water and after freshening up, went to the National Highway for cleaning. I had also invited my friends for the cleaning activity, but due to lack of availability, they could not come with me, but as always, I myself promoted the cleaning activity. So this is how my day was today, which was very good.

Coming to this, it seemed as if someone was deliberately making the environment dirty, but still I promoted the cleaning activity from my side and got the cleaning done. Friends, my greetings to all of you. Friends, today's date is 5th February 2024 and Monday. Today friends, I woke up early in the morning as usual. Taking care of my fitness, as usual, I went to the National Highway for morning exercise. My friends, I had exercised very well there, but before doing the exercise, I saw that there were many beautiful flowers planted on the divider between the two highways. Seeing the beauty of the flowers, I went to take photos of the flowers.

After going between the dividers, I saw that people had spread a lot of garbage there, so I started collecting that garbage. There was some plastic waste which was buried in the ground. I plucked that waste from the ground and collected it in a plastic reusable bag. So this is how I spent some time today for my health and for my planet.
