Today is Maundy Thursday. I think Spain is one of the countries where Easter is more deeply rooted. In any city in Spain you can see many processions throughout the week and you can find "torrijas" in all the bakeries.

Last year I told you about the difference between Easter in the north and in the south of Spain in an episode of the podcast, so today I want to tell you some curiosities that you might not know; why they dress like that, or the origin of this type of dessert.

It's all part of Spanish culture and I think it's very interesting.

Hoy es Jueves Santo. Creo que España es uno de los países donde más arraigada está la Semana Santa. En cualquier ciudad puedes ver muchas procesiones a lo largo de la semana y puedes encontrar torrijas en todas las panaderías.

El año pasado os hablé de la diferencia entre la Semana Santa en el norte y en el sur de España en un episodio del podcast, por eso hoy quiero contaros algunas curiosidades que quizás no conocías; por qué visten así, o el origen de este tipo de postres.
