Welcome to season 2 of AlienHere2Love, The Freakquency Podcast! In this first episode I invite you to take some deep breaths with me as I share with you how I learned to unify my breath, mind, & body into ONE & why this is the single most important thing we can do right now. If you've ever struggled with meditation & "going beyond the mind," this is for you! 

Building upon the previous episode, here I give an even more in-depth examination of the architecture of evil. Since evil operates on our confusion & fear, if we can see evil for what it really is from a nuanced, neutral perspective, the architecture will dissolve in our clear discernment of it. Also, what is the difference between evil & "darkness"? How do we reconcile the "evil" within ourselves without making the mistake of seeing ourselves as fundamentally one with something that has no basis in the reality of Love? An intro to the sophisticated quantum mechanics of inner light & dark polarity reconciliation. 

In this episode I share how I've come to understand the natural duality of the Earth experience as being unity & relationship, NOT good vs. evil, & how the idea that evil is a natural part of duality on the Earth plane is a divisive mechanism of the architecture of evil to keep us from fully embodying ourselves as the unified aspects of God we are.
