I've done a few brand photoshoots at this point for Girlboss Designer and the Kristin Richards brand, so I definitely have some tips up my sleeve to share with you so that you can make this investment worth it.

The Kristin Richards brand in launched! In this episode, I’ll walk you through what’s been going on behind the scenes.I wanted to start with a 1:1 coaching and eventually turn it into a group coaching program and a mastermind. BUT, I wanted it to have a clear foundation of what my coaching program is about. So, all of my ideas kept pouring together and unfolded into my signature coaching program named Align and Amplify, which is all about creating an abundant business and mindset with more flow and less hustle.

You’ll also learn the gist about the four steps we go through in the Align and Amplify method:

4. Amplify

On the mindset side, we’ll tackle what alignment really means for you, establishing abundant money beliefs, using the law of attraction to your benefit, manifesting what you want, receiving and allowing support for your business, connecting to your intuition and higher self, using meditation and breathwork, and working on your self-worth and belief.

On a personal level, I’ll also share with you in this episode our interesting journey to deciding whether we stay in our current place or find a new bigger home. This story is a good example of knowing your human design and using it in making good decisions.

I am excited to share my interview with Melissa Melrose, an Intuitive Healer, Life Coach and Breathwork Facilitator. She guides us to re-connect to ourselves through the Power of our own Breath.

Many of us take for granted what breathing exercises can do for ourselves. So, in this episode, Melissa shares about what the breathwork is and what it can do with our thinking and stress levels, and healing past trauma in our lives. 

I also share how I had difficulty accessing my emotions when growing up and how much affected I was when my parents got divorced. Simple daily breathwork helps me re-connect with myself. And, I’m proud of myself for not totally breaking down.
