Yep, that’s right. We don’t have one. And it has been 90 years since it was first introduced to Congress in 1922, by Alice Paul, a suffragette who helped secure the right to vote for women. It takes 38 states to ratify a constitutional amendment. Only 35 have ratified the ERA, and the last one was done in 1982!
