A recap of our FREE Virtual Wine Tasting Event - Wine-A-Palooza we had on April 15th.

I was surrounded by some wonderful ladies that had the opportunity to share their cause of choice to support this evening while tasting four Award-Winning Napa Valley, CA wine.

I was there supporting The Heart Foundation to give back to the heart in support of their vision seeks to create a world where no life is lost to heart disease.

Kimberly Cronin was there supporting Chill Cares: they host fun, community events to make an impact and raise awareness and funds to support those in our community who are battling cancer and those who support them.

Jennifer O'donnell was supporting Liberty Lake Foundation, Inc: an organization that raises money to help kids go to camp that doesn’t have the money or may want to try it out.

Sarah Cook was supporting League of NH Craftsman Foundation Inc: To advance, cultivate, and champion excellence in fine craft through educational programming, leadership initiatives, marketplace strategies, and support services.

Christy Allen was there supporting LLS, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as her son was diagnosed at 18 months of age.

Nikki Fries was supporting the Anxiety and Depression Initiative.

We got to sip a glass of hope, share our charities, talk about the wine and our favorites, and learn about the company where this AHMAZING wine and heart of good comes from.

After having my son, my fifth child, and finding out about his Congenital Heart Disease and diagnosis of Down Syndrome, I was not sure where to go. He needed two heart surgeries by the age of 4 months.

I saw firsthand nonprofits at work and how they continued to give hope when all felt lost. Without the nonprofits, Ronald McDonald House is one, I don't know where we would have been.

We had 4 other children left behind six to seven hours away. We commuted back and forth for approximately four months in order to spend time with our son. It was difficult at times to find lodging for our family and it was during the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Because of our experience, I wanted to give back where I could to nonprofits supporting families like mine in hard times.
