We all know we’ve done it…likely without noticing. But it plays a profound impact, and we need to pay attention to it.

You deserve to feel like you are being well compensated for the work that you do. Don’t lowball yourself and don’t cheat yourself.

When you get yourself fully in alignment with your rates, that is when you really attract the people that think your price point is perfect for them, they want to pay in full, AND they’re so happy to pay you.

Say what you will about labor and delivery, but it’s a universally feared yet revered experience. Everyone’s story with birth is different.  In this episode of Aligned & Ambitious Radio, I want to talk to you about mine. I’m giving you the raw and real version of events, while talking about:

• Birth experiences: expectations vs reality
• How to anticipate things but also accept what’s happening
• The beauty and liberation of surrendering to the process

Everyone’s birth story is different. Because of movies or tv or your mom or whatever, I think a lot of us carry expectations into the experience. And these preconceived notions are not guarantees; they aren’t necessarily how things are going to go. Probably the best thing you can do, really with anything, is have a general idea of how you want it to go, but accept that to an extent what will be will be.
