From a what appeared to be a normal outwardly appearance, to a crippling burden kept in secret, Tiffany joins Samantha and Nikki to bravely share how she overcame anxiety and agoraphobia. Tiffany struggled with anxiety for as long as she could remember, but it wasn't until her 20s that panic attacks and crippling fear seized her every day life. As a wife and mother of two, Tiffany bravely faced each new day, again and again, over and over, yet found herself facing this giant for years to no avail. It seemed like the anxiety and shakes, and full blown panic episodes, only became worse and worse. Well, that is until she experienced a "BUT GOD" situation.
You'll have to tune in for the rest!
We are confident Tiffany's story is going to impact so so many!
For those of you who aren't familiar with agoraphobia, here is the definition according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary: "An abnormal fear of being helpless in a situation from which escape may be difficult or embarrassing that is characterized initially often by panic or anticipatory anxiety and finally by the avoidance of open or public places."
