The ALIGNED METHOD™️ integrates the wisdom of the chakras with intentional focus, allowing you to shift from a place of disconnection or limitation to a state of alignment, empowerment, and ease. By tuning into each energy center, you can unblock stagnant energy, embody your highest self, and manifest your desires with clarity and flow.

Awareness

  • Root Chakra: The foundation of safety, stability, and presence.
  • Focus: Tune into the base of your spine. Ground yourself by visualizing roots anchoring you to the earth. Ask yourself: What am I experiencing right now? Cultivating awareness in this space helps you feel secure and present, laying the groundwork for growth.

Limiting Beliefs

  • Sacral Chakra: The center of emotions, creativity, and pleasure.
  • Focus: Bring attention to your hips and lower abdomen. Identify what might be blocking your joy, creativity, or ability to feel deeply. Breathe into this space and gently explore: What belief is holding me back from fully expressing myself? Releasing blocks here allows your creativity and emotional flow to thrive.

Intention

  • Solar Plexus Chakra: The seat of personal power, confidence, and action.
  • Focus: Shift your attention to your belly. Notice any sensations of tension or unease—these may signal where you feel unworthy or lack confidence. Set a clear intention, using affirmations like I am capable or Itake aligned action daily. Step by step, work through limiting beliefs to reclaim your power and take action with clarity.

Gratitude

  • Heart Chakra: The center of love, compassion, and connection.
  • Focus: Focus on your heart space. Reflect on something you’re deeply grateful for—whether it’s a small joy or a meaningful relationship. Allow the feeling of gratitude to expand, opening your heart to both give and receive love. Gratitude is a bridge to reconnect with yourself and others from a place of abundance.

Non-Negotiables/Nourish

  • Throat Chakra: The expression of truth, communication, and self-nourishment.
  • Focus: Turn your attention to your throat. Reflect on where you might not be honoring your truth or expressing your needs. Ask yourself: What boundaries or non-negotiables do I need to set to feel nourished? Speaking your truth clears this energy center, allowing you to feel heard and aligned with your authentic self.

Embodied Expansion

  • Third Eye Chakra: The center of intuition, inner vision, and clarity.
  • Focus: Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows. This is where you connect with your intuition and broaden your perspective. Ask yourself: Where am I being triggered or envious? Where do I need to embody more of this myself? How can I trust my inner guidance more deeply?  Expansion here means opening your mind to new ideas, letting go of limiting perspectives, and stepping into alignment with your inner wisdom. Embodiment follows as you trust your insights and take actions that reflect your highest self.

Desires/Downloads

  • Crown Chakra: The connection to divine guidance, universal energy, and inspired action.
  • Focus: Place your awareness on your crown, the top of your head. Create space through meditation or journaling to tune into your desires and downloads. Notice the ideas and inspirations that come through. Act on these, even if the steps feel small. Trust that each aligned action strengthens your connection to the universe and your higher self.
