Welcome everyone, to this new version of the podcast! Today is the first episode that Jen and I are recording together. It was so much fun.
We talked about how some goals and resolutions are wrong for us, based on who we are, our unique needs and the season we’re in. And about not feeling guilt about it.
We talked about how being aligned means allowing things to feel like ease, and how you can make every step of the way towards your goal feel more like you, rather than pushing through and having it be a hustle.
We shared our own personal stories about how we’ve been out of alignment when it comes to goals and resolutions we’ve set for ourselves, how we felt about it, and what we did and what we adapted to feel in alignment again. To feel like ourselves, and to allow things to be easy.
