Alisha is Director of Events and Fundraising at NSW Labor and a reality TV personality.

In 2018, Alisha quit her job as an advisor to Bill Shorten to appear on Nick 'The Honey Badger' Cummins' season of The Bachelor, where she was branded the resident 'mean girl'. Alisha was most recently on Bachelor in Paradise. She had a whirlwind romance with Jules Bourne (another contestant), which she famously ended on national TV.
