On August 19, 2012 a 911 call comes in to the Door County Wisconsin dispatch center. On the other line was a woman working inside a convenience store. When the dispatcher asked what the emergency was, the woman said she had called 911 on behalf of another person and she was going to put that person on the phone. On the other side of the counter, standing in soaking wet clothes, was 36 year old Brian Cooper. He told the dispatcher he needed to report a murder. He was the murderer and it was intentional .
