We had the pleasure of sitting down with Mauldin High School Varsity women's head coach and Greenville Liberty assistant coach, Alison Stelling. In this episode we dive deep into Alison's background in youth sports, and how her experiences in youth sports led her to becoming the head coach at the power house soccer program, Mauldin High School. She talks about her philosophy regarding leadership and character, and how maintaining a focus on that is one of the big reasons why the program has sustained such high winning standard throughout her tenure.
