In this episode, I will share with you a personal story about the addiction I didn't know I had. When we think of addiction or addictions, often times we think of illegal drugs like heroin, meth, ecstacy or cocaine. Aside from these, other substances may come to mind like alcohol or prescription medications. Though it is true that these addictions are detrimental to one's health, and should be avoided, the one addiction we take for granted is food. I'm not referring to good foods, I'm referring to bad foods that are full of preservatives and sugars. You may even know of more harmful ingredients than these you find in bad foods. I didn't understand how much of a grip these foods had on me until now. Take a journey with me and listened to my first three days of cleaning up my eating habits. Enjoy!
