We can’t deny that there are many risks involved in Real Estate Investing. To mitigate those risks, the first thing we need to do is understand how they work. For example, finance risk refers to the degree of uncertainty and or potential financial losses inherent in investment decisions. This means that if we can decrease the uncertainty, we can decrease the risks, and that is what I want to share with you in today’s episode.

 

One of the easiest ways to mitigate risk in real estate is to get an education or find individuals that are experienced and have a proven track record.

I would stay the weekend and even sleep at the office just to try to prove myself. I used to wake up in the middle of the night going, Oh, did I add a percentage sign to that formula? Just overwhelmed with stress.I was told that if I worked hard, I could have anything I wanted. And man, I was working hard. But I was waiting for somebody to give me something instead of taking responsibility for my success.This episode is about taking action, and most importantly, about figuring it out.
