Afterall, isn't All About The Experiences!  Tempe is located in the heart of Metropolitan Phoenix. Refreshingly offbeat, Tempe is a college town with a personality all its own. It’s a welcoming destination with a spirited lifestyle where you’ll find fun-filled activities at every turn.    

Matt, is a transplant from the East Coast...he hails from Connecticut, and he and his talented artist wife, Sarah have made Tempe their home for 21 years!

Jena Dyches discovered her passion for hospitality while working for a catering company in the Willamette Valley Wine Country in high school.   After graduating from Washington State University with a minor in Hospitality, she returned to the Willamette Valley as a Catering Manager.  She enjoyed doing what she loved for many wonderful years planning weddings and making brides dreams come true!  

Jena then took her passion for events and catering even further, and excitedly brought her talents to the Sunriver Resort as the Senior National Sales Manager.  She is well known amongst her peers as the go-to-person for all things hospitality.  She has a unique way of making her clients feel incredibly special and valued.  When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Jena’s job really changed from traveling all over the country and being a top sales producer, to really pivoting more towards strategy & marketing as the live events industry came to a scretching halt.  It was during this time that she found herself in business with Scout & Cellar as a Independent Wine Consultant.  In addition to loving her job, Jena also loves spending time in Portland with her husband and young son, kayaking, gardening, and wine tasting in the Willamette Valley.

DJ I Am Noel aka Brandon Noel, has a way of healing hearts, and souls through music.  With well over 20 years in the music industry; he is an artist, producer, and entrepreneur! 

He is known for pushing the boundaries as a DJ.  His collaborations with musicians elevates his DJing at events and turns them in to memorable experiences.  

DJ I Am Noel recently gained global notoriety when he brought music to the San Diego Gaslamp, high atop a balcony in the heart of the community. He decided to pay homage to healthcare & frontline workers by playing a 45-minute set bringing the healing power of music to the forefront.  This act would not only draw people out to their patios, balconies, and their cars just to listen and be connected (socially distanced of course).  

His light was felt far and wide and the draw to this community would bring a couple thousand people out to hear the music, dance, sing, and change the mood of the looming pandemic.  This man took a leap of faith during a pandemic, racial, and political unrest and decided he would be a mood changer and boy did it work!  

He brought joy to so many and received accolades from the san Diego Police Department, Mayor Kevin Faulconer, and various international news outlets including BBC World News!

Robert Beard, RN, MSN, MBA has a unique practice which incorporates his education and experience as a Registered Nurse.  He has been a nurse for well over 20+ years.   His C-Suite resume is extensive as he has served as a Chief Nurse Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

He began his career as an Emergency Room Nurse and was instrumental in developing improvements in patient flow and pediatric outcomes in multiple geographic areas that were riddled with less than favorable outcomes. 

As an experienced health care administrator, he is familiar with health care governance, compliance, reimbursement and legal requirements of opening and operating hospitals and supporting various hospital and clinic programs. He was instrumental in improving and leading the development of long-term acute care hospital utilization in the United States.

Robert gained his knowledge base receiving his nursing and business degrees from Indiana University. He is active in many professional organizations, including Emergency Nurses Association and American Organization of Nurse Executives.

At present, he is the founder and CEO of the Nurse’s Room, a professional nursing platform geared at improving and supporting the nursing profession.

Robert uses his expertise in nursing and business in health care consultations and nursing education.  He speaks nationally on various topics regarding health policy, health care finance and administration, social justice and governance in nursing. His research interests embody a great deal of subject matter that is so relevant in today’s medical, political and racial climates, including health care governance and the racial disparities in nursing education.

He is one of the fearless medical professionals who is making a difference patient-facing and in the boardroom!

Amanda White,  is a Corporate Sales Executive with the BMW Performance Center West.  Amanda, has been in the Corporate Sales & Event Industry for just about 6 years but has a long-standing career in sales for 15+ years! 

Her passion for the automotive industry and cars steered her to her first position at a dealership as an assistant to the sales and customer service manager. 

From there her passion for creating an amazing experience for customers grew.  This passion eventually led her to her current role as Corporate Sales Manager at the BMW Performance Center West. 

She and I have connected at several industry events and she was instrumental in convincing me to come to the desert in Thermal, CA to find out what the BMW Experience is all about!  When I tell you I know what it is all about!  If you want a sneak peak check out my February 14, 2020 video on the All About The Experiences Instagram page!  

This was an experience that I will not soon forget!   She is instrumental at building lasting relationships with clients, and I happen to be one of them!

Kevin M. Thomas is the Director of Sales & Marketing at the Top Two Best Reviewed Hotels in Oakland, CA.   With over 15+ years in the hospitality industry he has spent the pandemic rethinking on how to find business when no one is travelling unless they are essential workers.
