The pursuit of a young body by learning to control immunity.

By using very specific food as substrate for key bacteria he went from 229lbs to 212lbs in 7 days with 0 exercise. His body fat % afterwards was 6.7%.

Joel’s younger brother who was born with Down’s Syndrome started showing signs of Parkinson’s. He couldn’t walk very far, wasn’t sleeping, had severe depression and at times the tremors were uncontrollable. In 7 days, his brother went from that to being 100% asymptomatic of parkinson’s.He had no tremors or shaking, could walk half a mile and up and down stairs unaided several times a day, his vibrant personality returned and he started sleeping 12 hours a night. He could barely walk before.
