Amy Sherman and John Gonzalez of MLive co-host the radio show "Behind the Mitten." On a recent episode they interviewed Rick Muschiana, who is the owner/GM of The Sovengard, and chef Patrick Conrade. The Sovengard is Scandinavia via The Midwest Biergarten and kitchen featuring hyper-local and seasonally based cuisine and beverages. The interview aired Aug. 27-28, 2016.
