Recently, we had the privilege of welcoming Dr Sarah Gamble back to A Pinch of SALT to talk about her experiences of implementing Video Assessment on the International Dylan Thomas Prize Module. After recording, our conversation turned to other forms of alternative assessment, and we realised what Sarah had to say was so rich, we just had to switch the microphones back on. In this episode, Sarah tells us what its like to set an 'Unessay', the practicalities to consider, and stories of how these flexible assessments can engage students.
