As a man I can be honest with you guys and say that I use to talk big about the things I was doing but behind closed doors I was doing little to no action. And I still struggle to this day but I'm making improvements. I felt empty inside because those weren't my true actions and now that I'm on this journey of speaking the truth I'm proud of my growth.
