Once upon a time, it was the social norm for women to not have credit cards, be allowed to vote, to even work. 

Then we progressed with advocation & education. 

This is the phase we are at with dogs. Credentialed doesn't always mean that they will adhere to guidelines. Understand what each organization stands for and if you are EVER uncomfortable stand up for you and your dog.
