The Colorado Buffaloes were downed by St. Bonaventure in the first round of the NIT Tournament on Tuesday night. A short turnaround from the PAC 12 Tournament and a less-than motivated CU squad was upended by a Bonnie team who fought hard and earned a second-round visit with Oklahoma. There is madness in March for all division of NCAA basketball and in Colorado, the only team left standing is the Colorado Mesa Mavericks as they are moving on to the Sweet 16 for the first time in program history. Josh Coleman joins the podcast to talk about the 63-62 CMU over No. 1 seed, Lubbock Christian, on Sunday night. The Mavericks were able to outlast a second-half comeback by the Chaps and will now face off against Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference foe, Black Hills State, in the South Central Regional Championship on Tuesday night.

Colorado was able to escape Oregon 80-69 on Thursday night in the quarterfinals of the Pac 12 Tournament in Las Vegas to set up the semifinal match against the regular season champions, the Arizona Wildcats. Mark Johnson, voice of the CU Buffs, joins the show from Las Vegas to recap the win last night over the Ducks and analyze the Buffaloes' game heading into a rematch against the Wildcats.

The Colorado State men's basketball team ended the regular season with a more than memorable 71-68 win over Boise State on Senior Night this last Saturday.
