Salesforce (CRM) has lost nearly 1/3 of its value since the beginning of the year, and with earnings on deck, its A.I. Agentforce will be the most factor in its earnings report according to Melissa Otto of S&P Global Market Intelligence. Otto says that Salesforce needs to show specific quantification of how the Agentforce and Data360 business segments progress can be tracked.
