Amy and Christos are back to discuss Voyager episode "Ex Post Facto," which is part two of their "Murder, She Wrote" series 🕵️‍♀️. The episode's plot, in which Tom Paris is convicted of murder despite his protestations of innocence, is compared to episodes from TNG and DS9. The hosts analyze the episode's themes, trivia, and behind-the-scenes details, including director LeVar Burton's innovative camera work and the script's connection to Sherlock Holmes and Agatha Christie. They also discuss the original characterization of Paris as a "habitual womanizer" in this episode's script, a detail that Jeri Taylor reportedly disliked.
