Hey everybody! This week I interview Travis Mielonen. He and his wife Alexis are missionaries to Krakow, Poland. At the age of 21, Travis went to Poland to plant a church. He experienced burn out while was there, and returned to the US a year later. He always knew he would return to Poland someday. Over the next 10 years, God worked in Travis and Alexis's lives, giving visions and desires for them to reach the people of Poland. Now, 9 months in to their families relocation to Krakow, they are doing wonderful things!

  • Episode #13: Listening to your city, an interview with David Ballantyne

Hey everybody! This week I interview Foursquare missionary David Ballantyne in Budapest, Hungary. He and his wife have been living in Budapest for 7 years. When God called them to Hungary, a city of 2 million from central Montana, a major shift in their thinking had to take place. They could not go into the city with answers to questions no one was asking. Instead, David and needed to listen and hear what God was already doing before getting to Budapest. They have started a gathering called The Bridge, as well as a Serve the City where they meet the needs of the city. I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did!

  • Episode #12: An interview with Paul Vernon

Hey everybody! This week on the podcast we have Paul Vernon. He and his wife Lori are missionaries in Thailand to the Akha people. When God called Paul to the missions field, he was looking to quit school and buy a one way ticket to another country. God began a work in their hearts and gave them a love to reach the Akha people. He finished school and married Lori. They moved to Chaiang Rai provence in Northern Thailand in 2005. In everything that Paul and Lori do, they strive to minister holistically and embrace Akha culture. I hope you enjoy this episode and feel the love that Paul and Lori have for the Akha people.

The greatest need right now is financial help with the translation of the New Testament into the Akha language. If you would like to donate you can get in touch with Paul on Facebook. For more on the Akha people, visit Paul's website here.

Hey everybody, I'm coming to you from Greece today! This is a two part series on 10 Principles of Personal Development. It started when I was asked to speak at a leadership seminar on how I cultivate my personal life. Since then I have shared these in a number of venues. Now, I want to share them with you. Today we will touch on principles 1-5.

    2. My devotional life, must weigh as much as my public life.

      • Essentialism, by Greg Mckeown
      • The One Thing, by Gary Keller
